The short version: it creates drafts, you place orders.
The service
NeatPO reads purchase order documents you supply and prepares Shopify draft orders for review.
Your responsibility
You review every document before approving it. The app does not place orders, take payment, send invoices or contact your buyers.
- It creates draft orders only.
- A person has to review and approve every document before a draft is created.
Pricing and billing
Published prices are launch prices and may change. Billing is handled by Shopify against the plan configured for your store.
Availability
The app is operated as a pilot. We do not publish an uptime guarantee, and none is offered.
