What it will never do
What the product does and does not do, written down so it can be checked.
- It creates draft orders only.
- A person has to review and approve every document before a draft is created.
- Supported input: PDF, PNG, JPG, CSV and XLSX.
- Files are processed on our own servers in the deployment region, not in the browser and not on the merchant’s device.
- Original files and intermediate results are kept for 7, 30 or 90 days, chosen by the merchant. The minimised review summary is kept for 180 days.
- No processing-speed figure is published, because we have not measured one on real customer documents.

Plan comparisonDoes it place orders?
No. It creates a draft order. Completing, invoicing, charging, fulfilling and emailing the buyer all happen in Shopify, by you.
What happens when a line cannot be matched?
It stops that line and says why. You can search the catalog, pick a variant, change the quantity or unit, or mark the line unprocessable. Nothing is guessed on your behalf.
Do you handle cases and boxes?
Yes, once you have told us the factor. A rule such as 1 case = 12 bottles is configured per variant. Until it exists, a case count stays unknown rather than being assumed.
What about prices that differ from my catalog?
Both numbers are shown side by side and the difference is raised as a warning you have to acknowledge. No exchange rate is applied and no price is rewritten silently.
Can I try it without installing?
Yes. The sample order page walks through a real review with synthetic data, including the line that stops.
How do I get access?
Install NeatPO from the Shopify App Store and choose a plan. The 7-day trial comes first, and billing appears on your Shopify invoice.
What can it not do yet?
It does not connect to other sales platforms, ERPs, supplier systems, customer records or your own mail servers, and it does not negotiate prices. None of that is sold as available.
